Flower Crowns & A Festival Feeling

Me again lovelies.

I am so sorry for the lack of posts lately, I have only recently finished my second year of uni and then I was poorly.. so I have not felt, or looked well enough, to style up an outfit and pose for all you lovely readers. However uni is now done, the sun is out, all the flowers are blooming, and I am on the mend so the blog is now calling my name.

For anyone that knows me, they will know I love lace, so when I found this asos two piece (in the petite section for anyone that cannot find it) I just had to purchase it. It is just beautifully delicate and feminine and is just perfect for summer festivals. So for anyone that is looking for a festival outfit and you too like lace, you should honestly give this co-ord a try. I personally decided to go for the ultimate boho look by styling it up with a flower crown, a lace fringed kimono and lots of jewellery (including my beautiful dream catcher necklace).

Now on to the flower crown – isn’t it beautiful? Where can you buy it, you may ask. Well this is why I love this flower crown – my mum made here at home and so is one of a kind made for me. I love DIY projects – especially flower crowns, so a big Thank you to my mummy for this beautiful one.
Speaking of my mum, she has been away on holiday for the last two weeks (I know jealous much) and she has been itching to see a new blog post (she feels like I’m there with her when she can see pictures of me on my blog). So this post is dedicated to my lovely mum who is probably my number one fan and biggest support – Love You Mummy!

I hope all my lovely readers are enjoying this beautiful weather as much as I am – 26 degrees it got to today I think – just amazing for here!

Lots of love as always,
Charlotte

Feeling Fruity...

Hello Lovelies,
Today I wanted to do something a little different, so instead of me posing (or should I say trying to pose) in my latest purchase, I instead have chosen a current trend and found affordable high street buys that may persuade you to give this trend a try.
So I decided to explore the Fruit Trend and tried to find a different slice of this trend for everyone to enjoy!
Many high street stores are loving the pineapple print - whether it be on tops, jeans or for accessories however some stores are being adventurous and going for oranges, cherries, bananas, strawberries and not forgetting The Queen B - watermelon.  The little collection below shows just a sample of how you could incorporate this trend into your outfits, whether your brave enough to go for the pineapple print Topshop jeans or maybe just stick to the small pineapple earrings - either way you too can rock this trend (and no don't think of an excuse why it will not suit you or your too old, or your hair colour doesn't match. There is something out there within this trend for you, trust me).
I personally opted for the Asos tank top shown below - it is really cute on and the colours fit in nicely with my pastel collection so far. However... I have also been eyeing up the Lemon slice bag from Accessorize as well, I know its a bit 'out there' but its so bright and cheerful that I cant help but love it. I also love the River Island fruit inspired bikinis and the strawberry floral crown is beautiful!
Enjoy lovelies

Styling For Spring

Hello again lovelies.
Hope you have all had a lovely long weekend...
Today I wanted to share with you all this beautiful River Island Spring floral two piece. It is a lovely bright floral print made from a soft tweed like fabric and is so comfy to wear. The skirt can be worn without the matching jacket for a different look as well - so you get your moneys worth as you can have several different looks with this one co-ord.
I will warn you I look very short in this post (but I am quite short to be honest, 5ft 4 I think) and usually I would wear heels in blog posts but I thought in this post I would show you all my new River Island loafers that I picked up with my mummy the same day I got this co-ord and unfortunately they are flats.
Sooooo be warned little short charlotte is coming up.
Hope you like the outfit lovelies...

I cannot wait to share with you all my next co-ord/ two piece from Asos as it just beautiful.
Hopefully it will be featured in the next post.

Your Never Fully Dressed Without A Smile

Hello Lovelies,
So for this look I went for a more cute, vintage inspired style. This pink knit two piece from Never Fully Dressed is so comfy yet stylish and comes in other beautiful pastel colours as well such as Lemon and Mint. There are other shades such as white, black and grey but I thought the pink suited my style the best and is so girly and cute that I could not resist. I decided to style the outfit with a white lace bralet from Topshop and my Flower Headband that I picked up at London Fashion Weekend and is by 'Her Curious Nature'.
Hope you like the 'Pink Ladies' look darlings...

I added my New Look Clutch that I am loving at the minute and also little flower earrings which are also from New Look. I lastly styled it up with my nude heels from Miss Selfridge which I actually got last summer but I have linked a pair that are really similar which they have in their Spring/Summer collection this year.

Lots of love,
