London Fashion Weekend 2014

The Outnet Trend Catwalk Show

The Outnet put on a brilliant catwalk show, with the themes Precious Metals, Flower Power, Lace Embrace and Good Sport. All of the looks were creative and unique but my personal two favourite themes were Flower Power and Lace Embrace.

The Amazing Julien Macdonald Catwalk Show

I have always been a huge fan of Julien Macdonald but to see his dresses up close and in the flesh made me love him even more. The work and effort that goes into making just one of those sparkling dresses is astounding let alone a whole collection. Lets just say my mouth was open the whole time during this catwalk show, which isn't a great look when you have a camera covering most of your face and so all anyone can see of you is an open mouth! (whoops hehe)

Street Style London Fashion Weekend 2014

There were some amazing street style looks at London Fashion Weekend but these were three that definitely caught my eye! The first outfit is probably the most suited to my style (such an amazing blue coat with beautiful matching trousers), but I am still so inspired by others that are daring with fashion and not afraid to stand out from the crowd. I got chatting to Katie (girl in the second picture) and found she also has a blog so if your loving her 'Clockwork Orange' look as much as I did check out her blog - http://www.7coloursofcouture.blogspot.co.uk/
The lovely lady in the third picture was constantly having her photograph taken and her two piece from Topshop was just beautiful.

I also got the opportunity to listen to a
fantastic talk by these two beautiful ladies, Siobhan and Miriam from Remotely Fashion
(a lovely blog that you must read if haven't already hehe)
It was so inspiring and motivating, encouraging me to get back to blogging!

I had an amazing time at London Fashion Weekend and even had my photograph taken a few times in my Topshop Two Piece, which I am going to share with you in my next post!
Hope you all have been inspired by London Fashion Week and if you went to London Fashion Weekend then I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.

Peace, Love and Fashion,

Sunny Sunday

Happy Sunday lovely readers :)
So as promised I am showing you my topshop dress that is just so comfy and my new Fedora hat from River Island that I got for one of my birthday presents. I decided to style the dress with my mint coat also from Topshop and my knee high boots from Nelly.

Pocket Watch Necklace, Accessorize (old) Similar here
Pandora Bracelet & Charms, Pandora
Rachel e Rebeca Handbag, Mothers (old present)

I hope you all had a lovely valentines day. Unfortunately I was poorly for valentines, and so what was going to be a romantic meal out with my boyfriend, turned out to be an early night watching Netflix in bed with him haha. However Dimi did get me a beautiful bunch of flowers, a sweet card and a cute teddy bear so that was lovely! We are also going to an exhibition in London on Tuesday and so we will probably make a whole day of it, to make up for valentines.
Hope you all had a lovely valentines, whether it be with family, friends or your partner. All that matters is that you were surrounded with love.
All my love,
Peace and Happiness,

Pull & Bear

Hey my lovelies,
So this evening I wanted to show you a little outfit I wore over the weekend and it is a little Pull & Bear set I thought looked cute together. On the 1st Feb it was my birthday and me and my boyfriend went to Westfield shopping centre and so I popped into Pull & Bear. I thought the jumper was lovely and I thought popping it with a floral skirt mixed it up a little. However it is definitely still too cold outside to wear this outfit and so maybe adding some black tights and a good old Topshop Boyfriend coat wouldn't hurt.
Anyways take a look...

Lace Up Peep Toe Boots, Charity Shop

I matched the outfit with my charity shop bargain boots, which I thought kept it simple as I didn't want to add another colour into the mix. (They are also really comfy and so I didn't fall over whilst these photographs were being taken, like I do in some of my shoes- what us girls put ourselves through in the name of fashion ay hehe).
Anyway on my next post I am going to show you my new topshop dress and coat!
Which may be a little more suitable for the weather we are having atm hehe.
Have you guys worn something lately that was maybe a bit too silly for the current weather?
All my love as always,

Chanel-esk Sale Finds

Good Afternoon sweethearts
In my previous post I mentioned I was collecting my grades but I have not posted since so I thought I would just let you know that I collected all my feedback and was all very positive and I was so proud that my hard work paid off. It has pushed me to continue to work hard this semester!
Anyway I thought I would share with you lovely readers today, what came in my Missguided Parcel and River Island parcel the other day and how I have gone about styling them for this particular look. So in the wonderful parcel from Missguided were these stylish and comfy trousers and this black roll neck crop top and in the River Island Parcel was this SALE tweed jacket.

Tweed Embellished Jacket, River Island (sale)
Handbag, Coach
Black Buckle Stiletto, my mums wardrobe
Burberry Watch, Second Hand Vintage Store
(other than right hand index finger which was my nans)

I do not often wear a full black outfit but I love this simple black look with the pop of colour with the pin stripe down the side of the trousers. The black crop top is a little textured and will go with so many things that I just had to have it. Missguided are always brilliant for the their basic tops that you can mix and match. I thought if you were going out and needed a cover up, this River Island Sale jacket would look effortlessly chic and completes the Chanel- esk look. I added my bargain fedora hat from Asos which is in their fabulous sale and is now only £16.50 (which I think for this hat is just amazing). I love gold embellishment and this hat just screamed my name, so a quick purchase was necessary. I finished the look with gold jewellery and black stilettos which are actually my mums but I love them and they look expensive even though she got them for a bargain. Lastly I picked up my Coach travel bag which I thought completed the little black outfit.

What bargains have you found in the sale sweethearts?
Peace & Love,
Charlotte
